These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WinkImg (the "Service"), operated by Shanghai Pixel Echo Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Service
WinkImg generates AI images from text prompts. We offer a free tier (a limited number of images per day) and paid subscription plans or prepaid credits. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis and can be cancelled at any time.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate: illegal content, non-consensual deepfakes of real people, CSAM, content that infringes others' intellectual property rights, or content that violates applicable laws. Prompts are screened by our content-safety system; requests that violate our policy may be rejected.
2.3 Content Ownership
You retain rights to images you generate for personal or commercial use, subject to these Terms. You are responsible for how you use the outputs.
3. Payments, Refunds
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you are dissatisfied, you may cancel and you will retain access until the end of the current billing period.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the free tier or violate these Terms.
