Content Policy & Acceptable Use

WinkImg (winkimg.com) is a community for creating and sharing AI-generated style art. To keep the platform safe and enjoyable, all generated images pass automated AI content moderation before appearing on the community wall. This policy explains what is and isn't allowed.

How Moderation Works

Every image generated on WinkImg is analyzed by an AI content-safety model before it can be shown publicly on the community wall. Images flagged as unsafe are blocked and never displayed, and the user is asked to try a different description.

Prohibited Content

You may NOT use WinkImg to generate, upload, or share any of the following:

1. Sexual content & nudity — pornography, sexualized depictions of minors (zero tolerance, results in immediate ban and legal reporting), or explicit adult content.
2. Violence & gore — graphic violence, excessive blood, dismemberment, or depictions of real-world harm.
3. Hate & harassment — content that promotes discrimination, hatred, or violence against any group based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.
4. Illegal activities — content depicting or promoting illegal drugs, weapons trafficking, terrorism, or other criminal acts.
5. Non-consensual depictions — realistic depictions of real, identifiable people (especially private individuals) without their consent, or content meant to deceive (deepfakes) about real people.
6. Copyright infringement — generating images that copy or closely mimic copyrighted characters, logos, or artwork (see our DMCA Policy).
7. Personal information — content that exposes someone's private information (doxxing).

What Happens If You Violate This Policy

• First violation: content blocked + warning.
• Repeated or severe violations (especially involving minors or illegal content): immediate permanent account ban.
• For illegal content involving minors, we report to the relevant authorities.

Reporting Violations

If you see content on the community wall that you believe violates this policy, email support@winkimg.com with the image URL and the reason. We review reports promptly.

Using WinkImg Responsibly

• Generate only content you have the right to create.
• Respect the creative work of others.
• Remember that AI-generated images may not be accurate or appropriate for all uses.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
