Filing a Copyright Complaint

If you believe that content on WinkImg infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@winkimg.com with the following information:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work — describe the original work you claim has been infringed (include a URL if available).

What Happens Next

• We review valid notices within 72 hours.
• Infringing content is removed or disabled.
• We may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice with the same contact information and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of a federal court.

Because WinkImg images are AI-generated from user text prompts, ownership and originality questions can be complex. We act in good faith on valid takedown requests while respecting the rights of users generating original prompts.
